This page is for personal use. It does not relate to the rest of my website.

Basically, I was really annoyed that I would waste so much of my time on social media apps and on entertainment (Youtube, Dropout). I'm not saying those things are bad (especially Dropout I love that streaming service), I was more annoyed at the fact that I wouldn't do the things I care the most about because of how easy it is to spend hours on these things.

So, I put a browser extension that limits my access to certain websites on certain days. This extension allows you to redirect to a webpage of your choice. Since I did not like the default options, I decided to redirect to THIS page.

If you also want to join me in doing a dopamine reset (I know this term is not scientifically accurate, but it's the best way I found to describe what I'm doing), feel free to use this as your direct page! The extension I'm using is LeechBlock.
